- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dont. Just dont. Was going thru a nasty breakup. My bulldog was @ this vet solely in my name. Ex leaves, takes dog, i file report, go to McBride for the records as proof of ownership / Chain of Custody / Ownership , and find that the Ex had gone in and without my permission had McBridge change my dogs file into her name. When i asked how exactly a woman (basically a random woman since we werent married) could come in and take and completely change the name on someones dogs medical records i was greeted with stuttering and silence. So since every document in that folder had my name on it, even though the file was renamed to the ex, i wanted copies of the records w my name and credit card number on it. They refused citing confidentiality. -But willingly took that same folder and put a new owners name on it without my permission. Since they had my Phone number and Address i was a phone call away. No proof of ownership was even given to them that would allow the file to be transferred. I asked for the clinics owners to contact me numerous times and was ignored. Cops claim thats illegal to do, i had enough copies of my own to prove the dog was mine, had a subpoena sent which they ignored at McBride, regardless, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction, but McBride did the CYA to the end and lost myself, my friends and a 450 employee company as customers. They are overpriced anyhow. Avg visit is over 100, avg of 150 and thats just an exam. Ive been going to Blue Cross and they are less than half the price and better quality care with much newer equipment and nicer staff.May 10, 2017by Chris Hamm
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It seems as if sometimes he does not listen to symptoms and closely examine dog well, but jumps to his own conclusion. They are very old fashioned. Typewriters instead of computers and calculator tapes with hand written carbon copy receipts.December 06, 2016by Mark Waltman
