- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I thought it would be nice to get into contact with a Geico agent that I could actually speak with face to face, or for that matter get into contact without having to wait through a myriad of transfers on the phone (which is btw far more convenient) so I decided to give them a call. I thought that when I received an email regarding an insurance quote that it was with the knowledge of the quote that was put in, but I was wrong. I was hoping I was speaking with someone intelligent enough to walk me through the steps and perhaps tailor make a quote for me, but they preferred going with the cookie cutter route. I know I have had an accident in the past but there is no need to be rude just because I am trying to find the coverage that works best for me at a price that I can afford. Now I come here to see that people have been randomly dropped? No thank you.March 12, 2017by Kim B
